Empowering Arts offers a unique way of Team Building using the Performing Arts.
Our Aim is to bring to the fore each participants potential using a drama based experience.
We come to you and can operate within the workplace or if preferred a local centre to provide the training. So no romping over the Brecon Beacons on a weekend, when one of your team might be traversing a stream and “break a leg”.
Each program is bespoke to the group to cater for their specific needs and objectives. The group is assembled and each person’s abilities are assessed. A unit will then be formed which is inter-dependant. Participants will exhibit their own abilities, discover new talents, learn new skills and work together to construct an event which involves them all equally. Leading them to develop: confidence, communication and organizational skills. Our team includes Kathy Hoult and Rosie Dale who offer a range of activities for Team Building and Personal Development. Involving arts based projects, presentations and productions. |
